       Production capacities are placed in the territory of the experimental plant of Russian scientific center Уapplied chemistryФ into Kapitolovo, where works are conducted to the starting of the production of medical carbon adsorbents.   In the realization of project participate the specialists of Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology, and also of the interested in the production domestic, which correspond to world standards, columns for the efferent therapy, the medical establishments, which appear in the role of co-executor and medical testers.
     Efferent therapy widely they adapt during the complex treatment of very many diseases and it is important preventive method for reduction in the risk of the unfavorable action of the negative factors of environment.
At present in this sphere, with rare exception, are used the sorbents, developed in the 70th - the 80th the years of past century, the chief technologist of Ltd. "SPC" Katyusha" works in the sphere of the development of the sorbents of high purity since 1961 ; and in the sphere of the technology of the sorbents of medical designation since 1969. and he is the developer of the second sorbent, whicn was   permitted by the Ministry of Public Health of the USSR Уfor the application in medicine and medical technologyФ - SKT-6A of high purity, (SKT-6A of HP), state registration є 79/766 - 66.
     The specialists of the "SPC" Katyusha"Ltd. company developed new carbon unspecific sorbents for the medical purposes with the increased volume of mesopores in the form of the granules with the size 0,3 - 2,0 mm of cylindrical form, which have atraumatic polytetrafluorin film coating with respect to the regular elements of the blood, by high capacity on the toxins and the adjustable degree of chemical surface modification realized them experimental-industrial production.
     It were developed the several models of new type columns of the single application, practically preventing generation by the granules of the sorbents of dispersed particles at the transport of gemosorbents in the sterile and apirogen columns, which to the maximum degree correspondse to the requirements of the specialists of therapeutic establishments. The realization of project will allow to reduce the periods of treatment, to facilitate the course of many acute and chronic illnesses, to strengthen the effectiveness of the existing methods of treatment and to preserve life and health many people.
